One of the goals of editing is to not "clip" either the highlights or the shadow areas for professional results. See how the landing area for the waterfall is "blown out" or clipped so that there is no detail in that highlight? The cooking equivalent is to have the heat up too high on the stove and burning the food... I put an edit of this original in your folder called gentler approach... check it out. It is hard for me to tell if you are pinch zooming on your Samsung S 21... if so, be careful with that as it degrades the quality of the image. Better to walk up to your subject.
