Wow... Very important! These files are so tiny that they have no resolution or detail... When transferring files from you phone always choose original size. Resolution is like lots of money in the bank... choosing a smaller size is like lighting a fire with it. Perhaps you can try again. When you open these in Photoshop, they should be about 34 mb (million bytes) The middle one is also fuzzy from not being in focus... perhaps you pinch zoomed, also reducing the quality even more. Extreme crops as in the top one are not a good thing to do either...
