This image was taken in my apartment. I used a vase with full-color flowers, which gave the
image more color. The background had a lot of shadows, and the flowers gave a fantastic shade.
I used the Photoshop app to provide more depth and darker background.
This image background has the candle's light and the candle's shadow. The image had a dark
background. With the help of the Photoshop app, I could darken the background and add
more light around the candle to make it brighter.
In Photoshop, click ctrl>L to bring up levels. Move the highlight slider to the left to set the white levels to increase brightness and contrast. Watch one or more of my tutorials on this subject by clicking on the link to the videos in the upper right of the blog.
