In these photos I was exploring with the way light creates these paths in the shadows. My goal was to create compositions that connected these two elements into a whole--an example of this can be seen with the plants and posts where we are able to see the object and its shadow in the same frame--nothing is left to the imagination. I put some these images into photoshop to create contrast to make the illuminated elements really stand out.
Excellent John, you have edited these in a way that is expressive and consistent with your vision. They are very effective in B and W. Strong geometry and light contributes to their strength.
